Our client is seeking ambitious and results-driven Brand Managers to lead their leading cosmetics brand. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about building brands, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing brand strategy, managing P&L, and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners.
 

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies for our Korean cosmetics portfolio, including product positioning, marketing campaigns, and new product launches to drive brand awareness and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors, negotiate trading terms, develop joint business plans, and ensure optimal product placement and visibility across all channels.
  • Take full ownership of brand profitability by managing budgets, forecasting sales and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and margin growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 4+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or key account management within the FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty industry etc.
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in P&L management, budget planning, and financial analysis, with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver results is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
