Brand Manager – Wines & Spirits
Stansfeld Scott (Barbados) Ltd is seeking a commercially minded, analytical, and results-driven Brand Manager to drive the growth and success of our Wines & Spirits portfolio.
This role is ideal for an ambitious marketing professional who is passionate about building brands, identifying market opportunities, and delivering innovative marketing initiatives that drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
As Brand Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share, sales and profitability.
- Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns, promotions and brand activations within approved budgets.
- Partner with the Sales team to inspire, support and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor brand performance and provide regular market analysis and written reports to management and suppliers.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of assigned brands to ensure continued commercial success.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or another relevant discipline is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for delivering results.
