Job Description

Within the PME division, in the ibis brand team, the brand assistant manager will play an integral role within the Global Brand & Marketing organization developing and launching culturally relevant experiences that are conscious, and drive brand desirability, relevance, and preference. 

  • Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of key economy brand strategic projects, product and signature moments (i.e. bedding, compliance, Food&Beverage, Employee Value Proposition), and assist in the communication of these projects to ensure alignment and understanding across the organization. 

  • Maintain, update and manage brand global content: experience material, assets, toolkits, and newsletters. 

  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with both internal and external key stakeholders and partners. 

  • Support redefinition, implementation and measurement of brand & products standards in hubs. 

Qualifications

• Level of Studies: BAC+4 /+5  

• Field of Studies: Project Management/Product Development/Marketing 

• Experience: a first internship in Project Management  

• Strong skills in Project Management 

• You have an interest in Hospitality and Customer Experience  

• Fluency in English (written & spoken) 

• Computer Skills: Pack Office (specially PowerPoint and Excel)

• Remote working from home, hotels and coworking spaces possible 2 days a week.
