We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Author with strong project management and technical product marketing experience to join the team in Spring, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused content. This position is fully onsite in Spring, TX and requires attendance in the office five days per week. The Technical Author / Project Manager – Technical Product Marketing role is primarily focused on creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for enterprise security systems and software products. Approximately two-thirds of the role will focus on technical authoring responsibilities, while the remaining portion will support content publishing, web operations, analytics, and technical product marketing initiatives.
