Summary of the Visual Designer job at Clera

About the Role

This is a Visual Designer role sitting within the Design team of a fast-moving fintech startup. You'll own the visual language across sales materials, web, content, and social, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling assets that shape market perception and help close enterprise deals.

What You'll Do

• Design sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and templates that support enterprise sales motions.

• Produce LinkedIn visuals, graphics, and templates that amplify brand messaging.

• Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for the website and landing pages.

• Create icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.

• Translate complex ideas into diagrams and charts that clarify rather than decorate.

• Own and evolve the visual language across all shipped assets.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 6 years of professional visual design experience, with a strong bias toward speed and execution.

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for production work.

• Proficiency in Figma for web-based and interface design work.

• Demonstrated ability to design within established brand guidelines without requiring brand overhauls.

• Experience creating data visualizations, diagrams, and infographics that communicate complex information clearly.

• Experience designing marketing and sales materials such as decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and landing pages.

• Experience creating social media graphics and visual content, particularly for professional platforms.

• Portfolio demonstrating icon design and custom illustration work is a plus.

• Active hands-on experience testing and integrating AI design tools into your workflow.

• Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains is a plus.

• Available to work remotely within an EU-compatible timezone.

Location

Fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in the EU. Primary location is Austria. Visa sponsorship is not available.
