Summary of the Videographer & Graphic Designer job at Alive Church

Alive Church is looking for a Videographer & Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who is highly skilled in video production, editing, and graphic design. This person will help create and execute content across weekend services, social media, ministries, events, digital platforms, and print.
Responsibilities

• Film and edit promotional videos, Church News, social content, testimonials, event content, and other video projects
• Create short-form content for Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
• Capture content during weekend services, events, conferences, and ministry environments
• Take established sermon series, event, and campaign branding and adapt it into supporting creative deliverables
• Create Sunday screens, social graphics, ministry graphics, digital assets, signage, and print materials
• Handle occasional quick-turn or last-minute creative needs
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong creative quality and brand consistency
• Collaborate with the Creative Department and ministry teams to execute creative vision

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and graphic design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is preferred
• Strong understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, composition, typography, and layout
• Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
• Ability to work quickly, take direction, receive feedback, and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Orlando, Florida. Some evenings, weekends, and special events may be required.
