About the role
As a Senior SEO Manager, APAC, you will lead the development and execution of omnichannel search strategies across key markets in the Asia-Pacific region. You will play a critical role in helping clients grow their organic visibility and business performance through data-driven search strategies spanning traditional SEO, AI Search, Social Search, and Marketplace Search.
This role combines strategic consulting, technical SEO expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will partner with regional and global clients, mentor SEO specialists, contribute to Greenpark's innovation agenda, and support business growth through new service development and commercial opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with Client Services, Editorial, Analytics, Performance, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated search strategies that create measurable business impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead and own SEO and Omnichannel Search strategy across multiple enterprise client accounts throughout APAC.
- Develop strategic recommendations covering Organic Search, AI Search, Social Search, and Marketplace Search.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable search strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Serve as the strategic advisor and primary SEO lead for regional and global stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing proactive recommendations, performance insights, and strategic guidance.
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all SEO engagements while maintaining Greenpark's standards of excellence.
- Support new business pitches, proposals, and solution design by providing subject matter expertise in search.
- Identify commercial growth opportunities and contribute to the expansion of Greenpark's Omnichannel Search & Insights offering.
- Research emerging trends, technologies, and innovations within search and digital marketing to strengthen Greenpark's capabilities.
- Develop scalable frameworks, best practices, and methodologies that improve operational excellence across client accounts.
- Mentor, coach, and support SEO Managers and Executives through regular feedback, quality assurance, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with Editorial, Analytics, Client Services, Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct search, competitor, market, and audience research to uncover actionable insights that support client growth and strategic decision-making.
- Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in SEO, Organic Search, or Digital Search Strategy within an agency or consulting environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise-level client accounts across regional or global markets.
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content Strategy, Keyword Research, Site Architecture, and Organic Performance optimisation.
- Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and leading SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, or similar tools.
- Understanding of emerging search ecosystems including AI Search, Social Search, and Marketplace Search is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting new business pitches, commercial proposals, and strategic client growth initiatives.
- Experience mentoring or leading SEO professionals while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organisational levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across diverse markets, cultures, and cross-functional teams.
