You'll transform multiple footwear product angles into clean, polished, and consistent montage images that follow the brand's guidelines and production standards. This role calls for a sharp eye for detail, strong product-retouching skills, and a clear understanding of footwear imagery — someone who can take creative direction and turn it into accurate, professional, production-ready assets. Experience with footwear retouching, color correction, background cleanup, and high-volume production is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Shoe Montage Production
Create clean, consistent shoe montages by combining multiple product angles into a single composite image
Ensure all product angles are properly aligned and presented consistently
Maintain accurate proportions, symmetry, perspective, and positioning throughout each montage
Ensure the final montage accurately represents the actual footwear product
Footwear Retouching
Perform detailed retouching of footwear materials — leather, fabric, mesh, stitching, soles, and other product details
Refine shadows, highlights, reflections, and textures for a polished, realistic appearance
Remove imperfections and visual distractions while preserving the product's natural appearance
Maintain consistent product shape and presentation across different angles
Color Correction & Consistency
Perform accurate color correction to closely match the actual product
Maintain consistent colors across multiple product angles and images
Ensure colors align with client-approved references and specifications
Background & Asset Preparation
Standardize backgrounds according to approved templates and requirements
Prepare final assets to required dimensions, formats, and web specifications
Optimize files so they're ready for publishing or further production
Production & Workflow Management
Complete assigned work within established production and publishing timelines
Follow approved naming conventions and folder structures
Keep working files, source files, and final assets organized
Follow established version-control and client handoff procedures
Track tasks and updates using the preferred project management platform
Quality Control & Collaboration
Participate in regular quality checks and creative reviews
Apply client feedback accurately and consistently
Communicate clearly with the client and internal teams via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other approved channels
Raise questions or flag concerns when requirements are unclear
