Job Description

The Role

This role sits within the APAC Enablement Team, Strategy, Planning & Content and reports to the Instructional Design Team Leader, APAC. The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, culturally-appropriate learning materials and experiences that drive sales performance improvement across diverse APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, culturally appropriate learning and product knowledge content for our frontline SEEKers across diverse APAC markets
• Develop engaging multi-modal learning journeys optimized for knowledge retention, behavior change, and regional applicability
• Design effective evaluation mechanisms to validate learning outcomes and application in actual sales scenarios
• Extract critical knowledge from product teams and sales leaders to transform complex information into clear, accessible learning content
• Maintain rigorous standards for accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness while adhering to established design systems
• Leverage available learning platforms to enhance engagement, accessibility, and user experience across all APAC regions
• Provide expertise in localizing content for regional relevance while preserving essential learning objectives and instructional integrity

Qualifications

• One to three years' experience in instructional design, learning development or a related field, with exposure to sales capability or product knowledge building
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies across multiple modalities
• Learner and customer-focused mindset — you design with the end user in mind and measure success by real behaviour change
• Proven ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines
• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust across diverse stakeholder groups
• Able to construct, present and deliver end-to-end training plans and programmes of work
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team — you know when to lead and when to contribute
• Experience working with an LMS to publish, manage and track learning content
• Proficient with learning design tools and technologies, with strong attention to detail
• Experience extracting and translating complex information from subject matter experts into clear, accessible content

Desirable

• Knowledge of assessment methods and metrics for measuring learning effectiveness
• Understanding of APAC regional differences and cultural considerations
