About Frontier

Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote, 150-person company with most of our team based in India and the Philippines. A few years ago, Fresh Prints began helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we spun out a new company to focus exclusively on that — and called it Frontier.

At Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people and place them into the best companies. In three years, we’ve never lost a client. If you’re interested in a Frontier role and you apply and are accepted, we’ll screen you through a couple of internal interviews and aim to get you an interview for a full-time job within the month.

Think of us as your personal talent agent — and good luck with the application! 😊

We work with enterprise and mid-market companies across manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and beyond, and we’ve hit our goals six quarters in a row. Now we’re building toward where performance management meets live leadership development.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Junior Instructional Designer (Project-Based / Part-Time / Full-Time) to help us craft, refine, and scale the materials that power our training sessions. You will work closely with our core learning design team to apply sound adult learning practices and ensure every deck, plan, and resource meets Bundle's high standards for quality, engagement, and consistency.

This is a remote, hands-on opportunity perfect for a detail-obsessed designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You won't be building from scratch on day one; instead, you'll focus on formatting, updating, and tailoring existing content to match our proven frameworks while leveraging modern AI tools to streamline your workflow.

Role Structure & Growth Potential

  • Starts as a project-based engagement estimated at 300 hours.

  • Pending successful completion of the initial project, this role has strong potential to transition into a consistent, long-term part-time or full-time ongoing position.

  • We offer flexibility on engagement type (project-based, part-time, or full-time) depending on mutual fit and availability.

What You'll Do

  • Format and update presentation materials to seamlessly match Bundle's design templates.

  • Build learner-specific versions of existing training materials based on clear guidelines.

  • Execute light content edits and regular updates across existing learning assets.

  • Conduct quality control, reviewing all materials for design, formatting, and consistency against Bundle's Lesson Plans.

  • Apply adult learning principles (andragogy) to keep content clear, actionable, and engaging.

  • Utilize modern AI tools (including Claude and Microsoft Copilot) to enhance instructional design efficiency.

  • Manage files, resources, and documentation independently using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

What You Bring

  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy) and how to apply them to professional training.

  • Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint or similar) with a strict eye for visual layout and accessibility standards.

  • Hands-on experience actively integrating AI tools—specifically Claude and Microsoft Copilot—into your instructional design workflow.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and sound judgment when evaluating content quality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

  • High level of autonomy with a proven ability to follow established guidelines and execute independently.

  • Clear, professional written communication skills in English.

Desired Requirements

  • Background in corporate learning and development (L&D) or higher education instructional design.

  • Experience designing skills-based or competency-based corporate training.

Why Join Bundle?

  • Flexible, 100% remote work structure with part-time/full-time flexibility (open to international/offshore candidates)

  • Opportunity to work directly alongside a collaborative learning design team

  • Fast-growing company environment with a validated product and clear trajectory
