NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system.
We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter.
THE ROLE
As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a key role in leading client relationships, media strategy, and creative performance across several high-growth accounts. You will oversee forward-deployed creatives and media buyers to drive efficient spend, scale accounts, and connect media strategy with creative intelligence.
This role is primarily client-facing and strategic, but you should also be able to dive into the weeds. You will use your platform expertise, analytical judgment, and understanding of creative performance to help clients grow faster and more efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee annual media budgets of $5M–$50M across channels, primarily Meta, TikTok, and Google
Lead client relationships and communication, including regular meetings and QBRs
Develop cohesive growth strategies with creative at the center of the paid ads program
Translate creative performance data into actionable strategy for clients, creative teams, and media buyers
Proactively identify optimizations to improve media efficiency and scalability, including work outside the dashboard such as funnel strategy, signal quality, offer testing, and measurement
Partner with forward-deployed creatives and media buyers to turn insights into high-performing content and scaled spend
REQUIREMENTS
4–10 years of paid media experience, with agency and/or consumer app experience highly preferred
Deep expertise in Meta required
Experience managing accounts with seven-figure annual media budgets
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to craft compelling decks and communicate clearly in client meetings
Strong analytical skills and comfort connecting performance data to strategic recommendations
Preferred: deep understanding of mobile advertising, including SKAN, AEM, MMPs, and related measurement systems
