Join our team in London to lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, driving measurable revenue growth and stronger brand presence through multi-channel campaigns.
Job PurposeOwn the marketing roadmap for London—planning, launching, and optimizing digital and CRM-led campaigns across channels and budgets to deliver qualified-lead and revenue targets while improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Campaign management
- Digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email, paid media)
- Marketing analytics (GA4, dashboards)
- CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot)
- A/B testing and conversion optimization

Qualifications
- Proven experience in campaign management and multi-channel digital marketing
- Strong proficiency in marketing analytics (GA4, dashboards, attribution)
- Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Demonstrated ability in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to improve CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-revenue conversion metrics
- Strategic planning and data-driven decision making
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendor performance
