Summary of the Graphic Designer E-Commerce (m/f/d) job at TP-Link Deutschland GmbH

Your Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, conversion-oriented visual assets for our e-commerce channels, including Amazon, our official online store, and other online marketplaces.
• Design promotional banners, campaign visuals, landing page graphics, and advertising creatives for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Design, maintain, and continuously optimize Amazon Brand Stores to improve brand presentation, customer experience, and sales conversion.
• Create and optimize Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, and other product-related visual assets, ensuring clear communication of product features and benefits.
• Manage the uploading, updating, and optimization of product images, A+ Content, and Brand Store content through Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Collaborate closely with e-commerce, product, and marketing teams to translate product information and commercial objectives into effective visual content.
• Ensure visual consistency across all e-commerce touchpoints while adapting designs to platform-specific requirements and brand guidelines.
• Monitor content performance and continuously improve visual assets based on customer behavior, market trends, and commercial performance.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to improve creative efficiency and streamline content production.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in graphic design or digital design, preferably in e-commerce, online retail, or consumer electronics.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in e-commerce visuals, product imagery, promotional campaigns, and digital content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Figma and other design tools is an advantage.
• Experience in designing Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, or Brand Stores is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, including content uploading and management, is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of e-commerce design principles, customer journeys, and conversion-oriented visual communication.
• Confident use of AI-powered design tools to support creative production and optimization.
• Excellent Chinese and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional German language skills are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented working style.
