Whisper Create is looking for an ambitious and proactive Midweight Graphic Designer, with self-shoot capability, to join our retained creative team based on-site in Abu Dhabi.

This exciting full-time role covers the full spectrum of brand and campaign work for a landmark new destination taking shape in the city, from key visual design through to on-the-ground content capture.

You'll be part of bringing a major new destination to life on the ground, working across every touchpoint from campaign concept to day-to-day content, as it takes shape in one of the region's fastest-moving markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce creative across campaigns: key visuals, concepts and adaptations for destination, retail and dining campaigns.
• Deliver the full range of brand and operational design: presentations, fact sheets, screens, mall guides, brochures, signage, newsletters and retailer marketing kits.
• Own template systems and brand guideline application on the ground, keeping every asset on-brand and consistent.
• Design monthly always-on content: destination storytelling, store openings, dining moments, resident amenities and public realm programming.
• Turn around every day and urgent requests within agreed service levels, including same-day and next-day priority work.
• Self-shoot photography and video content on-site to support social and content calendars, across the destination, retail, dining, residential and public realm.
• Adapt campaign assets from the London design team for local, on-ground use, keeping every output on-brand.
• Maintain the organised asset archive on the ground, including English and Arabic versioning.
• Flag on-site content opportunities (openings, moments, activations) back to the wider team in real time.
• Be the visible face of Whisper's creative team on-site, coordinating directly with the client's on-ground marketing contacts when needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong design and artworking skills across static and motion graphics.
• Comfortable delivering campaign-level creative as well as fast-turnaround operational work.
• Confident self-shooting ability (photography and video) with an eye for content that works on social.
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite; comfortable in shooting and editing; quick turnaround on the same day is a strong advantage.
• Based in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work on-site and travel around the destination.
• A self-starter who can work independently day to day, escalating to the Senior Designer or Account Director when judgement calls are needed.

LOCATION:

Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE for the contract duration.

CONTRACT:

Full-time, for a two-year contract, aligned to the retained term

X5 day week, Monday to Friday, 4:1 pattern.
