Summary of the Graphic Designer job at Sony Music Global Job Board

What you'll do:

• Design compelling cover artworks (singles, albums, playlists) aligned with artist identity and release strategy
• Create motion graphics and short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop high-impact visual assets for digital platforms (social, streaming, YouTube, CRM campaigns)
• Design video-related assets (thumbnails, overlays, visualizers, lyric videos)
• Collaborate closely with Marketing teams and artists on visual storytelling
• Adapt creative ideas across formats, platforms, and performance-driven iterations
• Contribute to campaign ideas with a strong understanding of music culture and digital trends
• Stay up to date with emerging creative tools and technologies
• YouTube Account Management (e.g. videos upload, release planning on the platform)

Who you are:

• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design (social, motion, covers, video)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Solid motion design and video editing skills
• Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and visual language
• Good sense of typography, layout, and branding—especially within music and youth culture
• A mindset focused on creating visuals that are both creative and effective
• Experience in entertainment, music, or youth-focused brands
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Professional fluency in English language and native in Greek
• Basic knowledge of 3D tools
• Basic experience in YouTube Account Management
