Summary of the Graphic Designer job at Something Special Studios

The Graphic Designer works as part of the Design team to smart, well-crafted design work across a range of media. The role includes assisting in concept development and art direction, working systematically across applications, developing high-fidelity design work and mockups, and carrying ideas from concept through execution for both internal and client-facing work.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Design Director and team in developing design applications and project deliverables
• Collaborate with the design team to execute assets within established timelines
• Create and refine graphic materials aligned with creative guidelines
• Assist in the development of presentation decks and supporting materials
• Ensure all deliverables meet creative standards and project requirements
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams throughout project execution
• Develop event collateral and design concepts as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and web design is a plus.
• A demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and a clear understanding of visual design principles.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
