Job Description
For our creative and content operations, we are looking for a versatile and highly motivated Creative Graphic Designer.
While the performance team drives the traffic, you are the visual storyteller who captures attention and inspires action. You won't just be "making pictures"—you will be creating the high-quality visual assets that power e-commerce sales, digital ad conversions, and brand awareness. You will bridge the gap between creative concepts and digital execution, delivering impactful designs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce & Marketplaces: Design striking, conversion-optimized banners and storefront assets for major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Digital Advertising: Create compelling visual assets for digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals.
- Social Media Content: Develop fresh, engaging static and animated content for various social media channels.
- Motion Graphics: Bring static designs to life with dynamic motion graphics to capture attention in crowded digital feeds.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Gemini, others) to streamline design workflows, brainstorm concepts, and speed up production without sacrificing quality.
- Coordination: Work closely with the Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Content teams to deliver the right assets for new campaigns on tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (Agency experience is a major plus).
- Pace & Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy & AI Fluent: Highly confident in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and an early adopter of AI design tools to enhance productivity.
- AI Fluent: You are an early adopter of AI tools to enhance marketing productivity.
- Language: Good command of spoken and written English (for internal communication and understanding international client briefs).
- Video Editing (Bonus): Solid skills in video/movie editing for social media reels, corporate videos, or digital ads is a strong plus.
