Job Description
As part pf the Group Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual solutions across digital and offline channels while actively supporting the company's evolving brand and business objectives.
You will also participate in strategic branding and rebranding initiatives, contribute to UI/UX design projects, and collaborate with multiple business functions to ensure a consistent and engaging visual presence across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
Essential responsibilities
- design and develop a wide variety of creative assets for digital and print channels
- create and maintain visual materials that support brand consistency across all communication platforms
- design support in creating the facelifted corporate identity and other branding material (banner, roll up, led wall, job fair and conference booth design, ppt, social media posts, Canva templates, Google Ads Campaign design, etc. )
- support social media and corporate communication activities by creating illustrations, visual concepts and creative assets for internal and external communication channels
- support website rebranding projects through the creation, consultancy and optimization of visual concepts, layouts and digital assets
- create and support for visual concepts, wireframes, mock-ups and user interfaces for websites, landing pages and digital platforms
- develop and maintain master creative assets and campaign materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels; adapt and localize master assets into multiple size and language variations for different markets, collaborating with regional teams to meet local requirements while maintaining the integrity of the original design concept.
- collaborate on UI/UX projects to improve user experience, usability and customer journeys
- design online and offline materials related to corporate and commercial events, conferences, exhibitions and sponsorship activities
- develop creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, newsletters and internal communication channels
- support sales and retail teams with marketing collateral, promotional materials, sales presentations and business-driven creative requests
- strong contribution in the rebranding process, support for the group creative agency
- work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and development teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions
Qualifications
- certified graphic designer qualification
- 6-8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably gained in a creative, branding or advertising agency environment
- strong portfolio showcasing both creative and digital design projects
- advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and Canva
- experience in corporate brand management or rebranding projects
- strong typography, layout and visual skills
- exposure to diverse business areas and cross-functional collaboration
- fluent English, both written and spoken
Advantages

- hands-on experience with Figma and other UI/UX design tools
- knowledge of user-centred design principles and UX methodologies
- experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and design systems
- understanding of responsive design and digital optimization principles
