The Good News Broadcasting Association of Canada (GNBAC) is the organizational umbrella of Back to the Bible Canada, and Laugh Again ministries. GNBAC is dedicated to leading people closer in their relationship with Jesus through Bible Teaching and Engagement ministries. Using all forms of media at our disposal we are absolutely committed to faithfully and creatively sharing the Gospel message that empowers Christians spiritual growth and maturity through Bible teaching and engagement.

To further this mission GNBAC has a full-time contract term position for a Graphic Designer for its Abbotsford location to fill in for a team member on a leave. The position requires excellent creative and design skills, the ability to work well in a team environment toward a common mission and facilitate all design requirements of the ministry in multiple mediums. Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to multi task while working in a team environment are essential. The applicant should have an understanding and acceptance of the mission of GNBAC, be open to learning new skills and be able to take personal initiative and accept direction. The position will run until at September 30, 2026 with the possibility of employment at the completion of the term.

 Position Responsibilities / Qualifications:

• Print Expertise: Strong understanding of CMYK, bleeds, margins, and print-ready file prep
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Highly creative design and layout skills for all ministry mediums
• Typography & Layout: Confident with hierarchy, spacing, and multi-page layout
• Turnaround and Communication: Able to meet deadlines and take feedback without many revisions
  
• Maintain all ministry branding standards
• Work in conjunction with Creative Team to strategize and fulfill creative goals
• Maintain and enhance design components for all mediums including web, print, and social media
• Working familiarity with marketing and production processes
• Formal Graphic Design training and or experience
• Excellent General Organizational skills
• Ability to provide a portfolio for review and a brief summary of your print experience in your cover letter of your print experience 
• Legally able to work in Canada- Canadian Citizen, Canadian Permanent Resident or current valid work Visa required
