Day Translations is hiring a creative Graphic Designer to produce original, professional visuals for our social media channels, advertising, and marketing materials. We help businesses communicate across languages through translation, interpreting, and localization.

You will take design projects from the initial concept to finished artwork, combining strong artistic judgment with careful production. Your main responsibility is creating the visual assets our team uses to communicate, promote our services, and strengthen our brands.

What you will create

• Social media graphics, multi-slide carousels, infographics, campaign artwork, and promotional designs.
• Digital ad creatives and visual variations for campaign testing.
• Banners, profile covers, YouTube thumbnails, and artwork for Stories and Reels.
• Website and email graphics, presentation slides, flyers, and brochures as needed.
• Original icons, illustrations, and reusable branded templates.

Your responsibilities

• Turn a brief, audience, and message into clear visual concepts; present your ideas and explain your design choices.
• Use typography, color, composition, spacing, and imagery to create distinctive, readable designs.
• Edit and retouch photographs, combine images, and create vector graphics.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while bringing fresh ideas to each project.
• Adapt artwork for different platforms and placements; check mobile readability, contrast, cropping, and safe areas.
• Work with approved copy and accurate information about our services, languages, and international business.
• Incorporate feedback, meet agreed deadlines, and deliver organized, editable source files with correctly sized final exports.
• Check artwork for spelling, alignment, image quality, and properly licensed assets before delivery.

What we are looking for

• A strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating original concepts and polished execution.
• Excellent typography, layout, color, photo-editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent professional tools for image editing and vector design. Figma, InDesign, and Canva experience is welcome.
• The ability to create custom designs, follow a brief, and explain your decisions.
• Clear English communication, attention to detail, dependable turnaround, and openness to feedback.
• Experience with B2B or professional-services brands is helpful. Motion graphics, animation, and video editing are welcome additional skills.

How you will work with our team

Our marketing team provides campaign goals, briefs, and approved copy. You own visual design and production. The Social Media and Community Manager handles content planning, publishing, account management, and community engagement.

We value original, human-created design and thoughtful use of properly licensed assets. Success means clear, consistent artwork, reliable delivery, and well-organized files that are ready to use.
