The Graphic Designer creates compelling marketing materials and sales collateral for our Investment Sales Producers (real estate brokers and advisors). This role requires a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. In addition to design responsibilities, the position serves as a project management resource, coordinating listing-related marketing activities, tracking project progress, and supporting escrow, closing, and other transaction processes to ensure timely execution and seamless communication.

Responsibilities:
- Design real estate marketing materials including broker opinion of value proposals, offering memorandums, financial information, brochures, flyers, post cards, etc.
- Design graphics for a variety of content types including text, numerical data, maps and infographics
- Present design work to business partners, collect feedback and make updates
- Work with or create branding and design elements for custom property marketing
- Utilize property branding and augment as necessary to create complete collateral
- Select and utilize color palettes, photography, typography, and other design elements effectively
- Collaborate with other team members and departments in a remote/hybrid environment
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends
- Coordinate project tasks and deliverables with research, email and digital marketing teams as well as our Global Production Operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in design programs including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and PowerPoint
- Visually inspiring portfolio showcasing creative, design, and technical abilities
- Experience in editorial design and formatting for medium to long length publications
- Experienced with project management practices and tools such as Monday.com
- Strong work ethic and ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects with changing priorities
- Effective collaborator with strong customer service skills, who can manage expectations and provide innovative, client-focused, creative solutions
- Adept at creating files for print and digital distribution
- Excellent business computer skills using Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred
