Creative Designer  

Agile Bridge is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and versatile Entry-Level Creative Designer to support our internal and external marketing, brand and design initiatives. 



This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer with 0–2 years of relevant experience who is eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas and develop their skills in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will translate ideas into engaging visual content across digital and print platforms while helping to maintain a consistent and professional brand identity. 



The Creative Designer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials, social media content, website designs, presentations and other creative assets that strengthen the Agile Bridge brand and support our business objectives. 



This is a hands-on role that includes involvement in company events, culture initiatives and internal and external marketing activities. The successful candidate should be enthusiastic about participating in events and supporting them through creative content, photography, design and related activities. 



Key Responsibilities 

  • Create engaging visual content for internal and external marketing campaigns. 
  • Design social media graphics, advertisements, email campaigns and promotional materials. 
  • Assist with website layouts, landing pages and supporting digital assets. 
  • Produce company presentations, proposals, brochures, recruitment materials and internal communications. 
  • Support employer-branding initiatives by creating content that showcases the company’s culture, people and career opportunities. 
  • Assist with planning and developing content for social media and other internal and external marketing channels. 
  • Help maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all platforms. 
  • Ensure that all creative work aligns with established brand guidelines. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate briefs into effective creative concepts. 
  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. 
  • Edit and prepare images, graphics and other visual content for digital and print use. 
  • Stay informed about design, marketing and social media trends and contribute new creative ideas. 
  • Support company events, including internal celebrations, team-building activities, recruitment events, client events and external functions. 
  • Participate actively in company events and assist with event branding, promotional materials, photography, content creation and other creative requirements. 
  • Travel to company events, meetings and other locations when required. 
  • Be willing to support occasional event-related activities outside regular working hours when reasonably required. 



Requirements 

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Marketing or a related field. 
  • 0–2 years of relevant professional, internship, freelance or practical design experience. 
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva. 
  • A sound understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy. 
  • Familiarity with designing content for websites and social media platforms. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • The ability to interpret a creative brief, ask relevant questions and develop solutions with guidance. 
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. 
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to participate actively in company events, initiatives and activities. 
  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel to events and other work-related locations when required.
