Role Overview
As Creative Strategy Manager at RZR, you will lead the creative strategy function within Creative Services — translating performance data, client objectives, and market insights into actionable creative direction that drives measurable results.
This role is the strategic engine behind RZR's creative output. You own the brief, the concept framework, and the creative rationale that guides execution across campaigns, clients, and platforms.
This is not a creative execution role. This is a creative thinking and direction role.
The right person for this role bridges the gap between performance data and creative instinct — someone who can turn a KPI into a hypothesis, a hypothesis into a brief, and a brief into work that performs. You will operate with real ownership from day one, partnering closely with Creative Leads, Analytics, and Revenue teams to continuously sharpen RZR's creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy process: from brief intake to concept development to post-campaign analysis
- Translate performance data and client KPIs into creative hypotheses and testing frameworks
- Develop and maintain RZR's creative strategy playbooks, formats, and best practices
- Collaborate with Creative Leads, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure strategic intent is reflected in final executions
- Partner with Revenue and Analytics teams to identify creative performance trends and iterate on strategy
- Lead creative strategy presentations and reviews with internal stakeholders and clients where applicable
- Champion a data-informed creative culture — bridging the gap between performance metrics and creative instinct
- Identify emerging trends in mobile advertising, social platforms, and ad tech to inform creative direction
- Support Creative Leadership in team development and strategic planning
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
- 6–8 years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or performance creative in a digital or ad tech environment
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing, DSPs, paid social, and performance-driven creative
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into compelling creative briefs and concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to articulate creative rationale clearly and persuasively to creative and non-creative audiences alike
- Experience leading or contributing to creative strategy presentations for clients or internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and strategic workstreams simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and sales or growth teams
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to creative testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, iterative creative cycles)
- Familiarity with platform-specific creative best practices (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, DSPs)
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior strategists or creative team members
Work Setup
This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite attendance for collaboration, creative reviews, and team activities. Creative team members may occasionally work onsite more frequently depending on project demands. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
