The Role

You own the creative strategy behind fonio’s growth across paid and organic. You decide which stories, angles and hooks we bet on, turn them into ads, scripts and landing pages, and use performance data to decide what we scale and what we stop. You lead our creative production team and set the bar for what great creative looks like.

What to Expect

• Creative strategy: Own target industries, angles, messaging and the testing roadmap.

• Concepting & copywriting: Write hooks, ad copy, video scripts for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and landing page copy, all at high speed.

• Team leadership: Lead our Static Ads Designer and Content Creator. You brief them, give feedback and make sure concepts turn into strong output.

• Testing & iteration: Run structured creative tests, read the numbers and decide what to scale, iterate on or stop.

• New formats: Bring in new formats and ideas, from creator videos to organic content.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in creative strategy or performance creative, including paid ads you wrote and scaled yourself, with results you can show.

• Experience leading or mentoring creatives, designers or content creators.

• You think in hooks and angles and know what stops the scroll and what converts on a landing page.

• Excellent German copywriting for ads, video scripts and landing pages.

• You make data-driven decisions and can explain why something works.

• You produce quickly and in high volume without compromising on quality.
