Taonga: the Island Farm is an immersive exploration and adventure game set on a colorful tropical archipelago.

What begins as a casual farming experience gradually evolves into a rich, multi-layered adventure. Players discover increasing depth through travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, engaging mini-games, competitive events, and much more — transforming the game into a captivating midcore adventure with sophisticated mechanics.

Animations have always played a key role in bringing the enchanting world of Taonga to life. Our marketing videos are no exception, bringing the island's charm to life and captivating players around the globe.

We're hiring an experienced Marketing Creative Producer to lead the creative production behind Taonga marketing videos. You'll drive projects from brief to final delivery: coordinating motion designers and artists and managing timelines, budgets, and creative quality to craft compelling marketing content that brings our tropical world to life for a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth competitor research, analysing creatives and advertising trends, alongside results from previous tests;

• Generate creative concepts and performance hypotheses;

• Produce scripts, briefs and storyboards for artists, motion designers, and playable teams;

• Lead creative teams to execute your vision in producing video, static and playable creatives; assets for store pages and retargeting ad campaigns;

• Collaborate with the UA, Creatives Production and Game Production teams on creative strategy and priorities;

• Track and analyse performance metrics;

• Design, run and analyse experiments to validate creative hypotheses.

Requirements

• Passion for video games;

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in creative production or creative strategy for performance marketing/UA, ideally within mobile gaming or a related field;

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and user acquisition fundamentals;

• Ability to interpret data and campaign metrics;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

• A strong portfolio demonstrating performance marketing, ASO, and creative development work.
