Job Description

This Miami-based Creative team Is focused on crafting, developing, and producing innovative and engaging marketing solutions that connect our advertisers’ messaging and products with our fans.  Laddering up to NBCU Enterprise, Marketing & Communications leadership, with offices in NY and LA, the Miami Creative team is focused on all of NBCU’s footprint, in both English and Spanish, with expertise in Multicultural audience and a focus on Telemundo entertainment and sports programming.

Our team creates multi-platform content experiences for our brand partners, from ideation through development across the NBCUniversal portfolio, as well as production and post-production of Spanish-language content. We partner with brands across our programming: from major specials and awards shows such as Premios Billboard de la Musica Latina and Miss Universe, to the world’s the biggest sporting events such as Super Bowl, Olympics, and more.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will be a highly skilled creative and experienced producer with expertise in creating culturally relevant, cross-platform content for US Hispanic fans.

You will need to possess strong creative skills across linear, digital and social platforms, as well as proficient speaking and writing skills in both English and Spanish.  Ideally, you are a seasoned production professional, capable of leading ENG shoots to multi-day shoots with large crews. You'll have a passionate commitment to producing engaging content that connects with the U.S. Hispanic viewer, while communicating brand messaging in a natural, seamless, and positive manner. 

Areas of Responsibility 

  • Create insights-driven ideas for NBCU’s advertising partners, with a focus on US Hispanic culture 
  • Create concepts across linear, digital, and social platforms 
  • Write concept briefs, synopses, scripts, treatments and integration proposals in English and Spanish 
  • Estimate production costs for all ideas created and pitched to advertisers 
  • Create and effectively manage production budgets  
  • Possess the skills and knowledge needed to pivot between Creative Director and Executive Producer responsibilities on any given project
  • Collaborate with network showrunners in production of in-show integrations 
  • Oversee post-production of all branded content, regardless of platform
  • Communicate effectively with clients, as needed. 
  • Deliver all assets of sponsorship on time, with excellence 
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication

Qualifications

  • A four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university or commensurate work experience
  • 3+ of production experience (long form or short form)  
  • Strong creative and production skill set with tangible examples 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish  
  • Must be willing to work hybrid, in office Monday through Thursday, in Miami, Florida
