Senior Creative Producer job description

About Felix

Felix is Canada's first end-to-end platform providing on-demand treatment for everyday health. Felix creates digital-first solutions that increase access for common healthcare needs such as sexual health, weight loss, testing and diagnostics, and more. Founded in 2019, Felix's approach to healthcare encompasses assessments, prescriptions, fast and discreet delivery, and ongoing healthcare support, all online.

Felix has delivered 24 quarters of consecutive growth in both revenue and profit, making it one of Canada's fastest growing tech companies. But more importantly, over 1 million Canadians (and counting!) trust Felix for their everyday healthcare needs.

About the role

At Felix, we believe that good creative is at the core of achieving our mission. By demystifying complexity, removing stigma, and increasing access, we can deliver care that truly puts patients first.

You'll be joining a tight-knit team of creatives who collaborate closely to create a beautiful and cohesive experience for patients throughout their journey. This role sits at the centre of our performance creative engine, where the goal is not a single hero asset but a steady, high-volume flow of ideas tested in market.

You Will

  • Run the day-to-day flow of production, orchestrating weekly project plans and daily schedules so every deliverable moves from ideation to launch on time, and keeping enough creative volume in motion each sprint to give winning ads room to emerge.

  • Own concept and output review: perform first-level QC on scripts, edits, pacing, story flow, and visual issues, coordinate quick turnarounds with editors and creators, and make sure every deliverable meets the brief, brand guidelines, and ad platform specs.

  • Manage and grow Felix's creator bench: recruit, onboard, and coordinate creators and UGC talent, run a fast feedback loop of weekly calls and quick script turnarounds, and maintain a raw-footage and asset library for reuse and AI-assisted remixing.

  • Own supplier and talent relationships: negotiate rates, issue SOWs, and manage creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants, keeping a vetted roster complete with rate cards, availability, and specialties.

  • Manage the production budget and support forecasting across creators, locations, and vendors, flagging where consolidating or renegotiating vendor terms creates efficiency.

  • Work closely with the Associate Creative Director, Growth team, and strategists to turn the creative calendar into realistic production plans, giving clear input on capacity, timelines, and feasibility.

  • Translate creative briefs into clear shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and deliverable checklists across a native, lo-fi, creator-first register as well as polished production.

  • Source locations, props, and wardrobe as needed, and oversee production days when required.

  • Own the compliance gate for production outputs: secure all usage rights, model releases, and documentation before production begins, and enforce Canadian health-advertising requirements, including no before and after imagery, no efficacy or outcome claims, and no naming a medication next to a condition.

  • Feed production learnings back to the creative team: tag deliverables to their concept, run post-shoot feedback loops, and flag what is and isn't landing so the team can iterate.

  • Build scalable systems, workflows, and documentation that increase creative output without increasing complexity, identifying where bottlenecks cost the team time or money.

You have

  • Has 5+ years in creative project management, production, or operations, including experience managing a production budget.

  • Has a proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment, and can point to specific process or efficiency gains they have driven.

  • Has built or run a creator, UGC, or content pipeline at volume, and is comfortable operating in a native, lo-fi, creator-first register, not only polished production.

  • Uses AI fluently in production, both to test creative directions cheaply and to remix and version assets at scale.

  • Has experience in the performance marketing industry.

  • Has experience mentoring or informally leading junior team members or freelance production talent.

  • Is extremely organized and can manage a variety of creative requests and deliverables from a wide range of creative partners and stakeholders.

  • Has strong project management skills and is an exceptional communicator, comfortable representing production in cross-functional conversations.

  • Maintains strict adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements, ideally including health or other regulated advertising.

  • Is a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Obsesses over details and has a passion for continuously optimizing production processes.

  • Is kind and empathetic, and excited about Felix's mission of making everyday healthcare accessible and stigma-free for Canadians.

Benefits:

  • Full medical, dental and vision benefits

  • Maternity/paternity policy

  • 4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)

  • Competitive compensation

  • Stock option grant

  • Remote first, work from anywhere in Canada

  • Professional development opportunities, working closely with founders and the senior leadership team
