- Set overarching art direction that pushes the boundaries of visual design, photography, typography, and motion across all digital and physical campaign touchpoints.

- Oversee full-scale creative production to ensure big ideas translate into flawless visual assets.
- Maintain uncompromising standards of design excellence, visual craft, and quality control to deliver world-class client satisfaction.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- A passion for ideas and storytelling, namely, making work that delivers an impact and fosters meaningful connections with the audience through your creations.
- Experience and passion for making connections between different disciplines and crafts within creative, and within the organization: Working with program delivery to shape scopes, client service to grow relationships with clients, and collaborating with strategy to craft briefs and stories that connect, inspire, and help clients make the best decisions about the work we make for them.
