About the Role

We're a fast-growing, Vienna-based B2B SaaS startup in the AI-powered business communication space — building technology that helps small and medium-sized enterprises automate their phone interactions around the clock. With a recent Seed A/B raise behind us and a team scaling rapidly, we're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own our presence and messaging in the German-speaking market.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll define the brand voice for German-speaking audiences, craft content across the entire customer journey, and work closely with a driven, ambitious team to accelerate growth. What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy and execution for the German-speaking market.

• Define and steward the brand voice across all customer journey stages — awareness through retention.

• Write and manage website copy and landing pages tailored to German-speaking audiences.

• Produce high-converting copy for paid marketing channels.

• Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social platforms.

• Develop and execute organic content strategies across relevant social platforms.

• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.

• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, user research, and performance insights.

• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing roles.

• Native-level German writing skills with a sharp instinct for marketing copy.

• Solid background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and using performance data to refine messaging.

• Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social.

• Proven ability to build and execute organic social content strategies.

• Experience collaborating with external creators, customers, and influencers.

• Fluent English for internal and cross-functional communication.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience marketing AI products or voice/conversational technology.

• Background in user research for marketing insights.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices for organic content strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €65,000 – €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
