In this role, you will design, build, and deliver digital learning assets that support Client Training and internal learning programs for a global audience.
This is an individual contributor role for a versatile creator who is comfortable building interactive Storyline modules, producing and editing learning videos, and creating on-brand graphics. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and program leads to turn defined learning objectives and content into clear, engaging digital experiences.
Salary Range: 6,947,500 HUF - 8,111,250 HUF gross annual base salary. The exact salary offered will be determined based on relevant experience, skills and qualifications. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits and other programs in accordance with local policies.
Key Responsibilities – What you will do
Build interactive e-learning in Articulate Storyline 360 and other rapid development tools, using features such as states, layers, triggers, variables, branching, and accessible design. Publish content to SCORM/xAPI for delivery through Workday Learning and other LMSs.
Produce learning videos from approved scripts and storyboards through recording, editing, motion graphics, voiceover integration, and captioning.
Design on-brand visual assets, including icons, infographics, illustrations, slides, and interface elements, that support clear, learner-friendly communication.
Apply instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles to content structure, pacing, interactivity, and assessment, with guidance from instructional designers or project leads when needed.
Manage your assigned project workload within agreed scope and timelines, tracking tasks, dependencies, stakeholder inputs, and risks across concurrent builds.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, program managers, and localization partners to translate defined learning objectives into high-quality digital experiences.
Support localization workflows by preparing source files, assets, and scripts for translation and reviewing localized versions for quality and layout integrity.
Use and contribute to team templates, style guides, reusable components, and quality-control processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
Respond to learner, stakeholder, and quality-review feedback by refining assets to improve clarity, usability, engagement, and learning outcomes.
Share practical knowledge, reusable solutions, and lessons learned with colleagues to support team delivery and continuous improvement.
What you bring – Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, digital media, graphic design, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience developing digital learning content, ideally for global or enterprise audiences.
Working proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, including the ability to build interactions using states, layers, triggers, and variables, and to publish content for an LMS.
Video development skills covering screen recording, editing, audio cleanup, basic motion graphics, and captioning, using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, ScreenPal, or equivalent.
Graphic design capability for learning contexts, including visual hierarchy, typography, iconography, layout, and brand alignment, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
Expanded knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles, with the ability to apply established concepts and standards to real deliverables.
Experience with additional e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or EasyGenerator, or with other formats such as virtual/classroom materials and job aids.
Project management fundamentals, including planning assigned work, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating status, dependencies, and risks.
A collaborative, feedback-friendly working style and the ability to explain factual or technical information clearly in straightforward situations.
Fluency in English; comfortable working in a remote or hybrid, globally distributed team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications – Nice to have
Experience preparing content or assets for translation and checking localized layouts.
Familiarity with SharePoint pages, document libraries, permissions, Forms, or Lists.
Familiarity with Workday Learning or another LMS, including content upload, testing, or basic administration.
Experience using AI-enabled image, video, voiceover, or productivity tools responsibly within a defined workflow.
