We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who understands internet culture, AI trends, storytelling, and how to create content people actually want to watch and share.

Your responsibilities

You will play a key role in shaping how Mindly acquire users through creative across all of the social media channels. This is more than just design execution — it’s about understanding users, creative storytelling, compelling viral AI content, and close collaboration with the Product Team.

• Create short-form and long-form educational and entertainment AI-generated content for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and other social media platforms on the topic of mental health and wellbeing

• Generate content hypotheses and rapidly test ideas

• Analyze content performance and iterate based on learnings

• Research competitors, creators, trends, and platform behavior

• Collaborate closely with the product team

• Experiment constantly with hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and creative concepts

• Stay up to date with the latest AI image and video generation tools, and use them in your daily work

Your skills

• Experience creating AI-generated content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube

• Creative Storytelling

• Strong understanding of viral mechanics and internet culture

• Ability to identify trends early and adapt them creatively

• Confident use of AI tools for content creation (image and video)

• Confident use of photo and video editing tools

How we get things done?

Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia) and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone.
