The Role

You are the face of fonio. You get in front of the camera, explain AI in a way that gets people excited, and build both our brand and our conversions. You’re not a mouthpiece but a real personality. The challenge: we’re a B2B company that wants to build a brand like a consumer company.

What to Expect

• Content production: Create TikTok and Instagram content regularly: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation and our products.

• Formats & ideas: Bring your own ideas, help develop new formats and learn what performs.

• Brand & conversion: Plan content that builds the brand and drives conversions at the same time.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative Strategist.

What You Bring

Must-haves

• Comfortable on camera and entertaining to watch.

• Excited about AI and the wider space, beyond a passing interest.

• Native-level Italian and good English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with filming and editing: you can set up a camera, lighting and sound, and edit your own videos (e.g. CapCut or Premiere).

Hiring Process
