Content Creator job description

We're Decoda. We build the operating system for medspas and wellness clinics — software that runs the day-to-day for hundreds of practices across North America. We're hiring our first dedicated content creator.

The role

You'll own organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, short-form video, and the Decoda blog. You'll be in front of the camera, behind the camera, in CapCut, and in the doc. You'll ship every week.

We don't need a specialist in all five — we need taste, range, and someone who learns fast.

What you'll do

  • Plan and ship 3–5 pieces of organic content per week across IG, TikTok, and YouTube

  • Cut short-form video from longer source material — interviews, demos, founder takes

  • Write and edit blog posts that show up in Google for terms our customers actually search

  • Build a content calendar around launches, customer stories, and industry moments

  • Watch the analytics. Double down on what's working, kill what isn't.

You'll fit if

  • You've published content that real people watched or read — show us, portfolio over years of experience

  • You have taste for the medspa, aesthetics, or wellness space, or can develop it fast

  • You're comfortable on camera (or comfortable getting comfortable)

  • You ship before it's perfect and iterate from feedback

  • 0–4 years experience — entry to mid-level

Your first 30 days

In your first month, you'll audit our existing video assets and ship a 3-part series on TikTok that demystifies EMR transitions for clinic owners.

Logistics

  • In-person, Toronto office

  • Full-time

  • Reports to Kevin Cheng
