CMO Jobs
What does a CMO do?
A Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is the senior executive responsible for all marketing activity across an organisation. They set the overall marketing strategy, align it with business objectives, and oversee its execution across brand, content, product marketing, demand generation, and customer experience. Day-to-day, a CMO works closely with the CEO, CRO, and CPO to ensure marketing drives measurable pipeline and revenue, while managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and representing the brand externally. They use data and market research to identify growth opportunities, guide positioning, and adapt strategy in response to competitive and market shifts.
