Job Description

As a Kids Club Animator at Hawar Resort by Mantis, you will be responsible for creating and leading fun, educational, and engaging activities for children of various ages. Your role will be to ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of the kids while fostering a positive, lively, and safe environment that parents trust and children love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activity Planning: Plan and execute age-appropriate activities and games for children, including arts and crafts, sports, storytelling, and themed events.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with children in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner, ensuring their enjoyment and safety.
• Safety and Supervision: Monitor and supervise children at all times during activities to ensure their safety and well-being. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
• Child Development: Provide a positive and nurturing environment that encourages creativity, social interaction, and learning.
• Communication with Parents: Keep parents informed about the activities scheduled and ensure they are comfortable with the environment and care their children are receiving.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Kids Club team to ensure smooth daily operations, assist with event setup, and support other team members.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure that the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and equipped with all necessary supplies for daily activities.
• Promote Resort Activities: Encourage participation in resort activities and inform parents and children of any special events or services available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; background in education, child development, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience working with children in a recreational, hospitality, or educational environment is preferred.
• Key Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity: Ability to create and facilitate engaging activities for children of all ages.
• Patience & Empathy: A friendly and patient attitude, with a passion for working with children and understanding their needs.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to actively engage in physical activities and stand for long periods while supervising children.
