As part of our growth, we are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive lead generation, and support business expansion across multiple markets.

Forex Affiliate Manager job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow the company’s global affiliate program, with a focus on high-value partnerships.

  • Leverage your existing affiliate book to bring onboard active affiliates and IBs.

  • Negotiate and implement CPA, CPL, and hybrid deals to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Identify new partnership opportunities across global markets, with a special focus on MENA, Europe, and emerging regions.

  • Provide ongoing support to affiliates, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.

  • Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams for smooth affiliate onboarding and tracking.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Mandatory: A strong, active affiliate book in the Forex/CFD industry.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in affiliate management for a regulated Forex broker.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.

  • Proven track record of driving affiliate growth and meeting KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in key markets.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
