Job Description

The Affiliates & Partnerships Manager plays a key role in driving traffic, sales and new customer growth through ASOS’ affiliate programme across key European markets. Reporting into the Affiliates Lead, you’ll use data and commercial insight to shape market and partner strategy, identify growth opportunities and ensure performance is delivered against budget and channel KPIs.

You’ll own the day-to-day management of the programme across your markets, building strong partner relationships and overseeing campaigns, promotional activity, commercial terms and compliance. You’ll also work closely with teams across Marketing, Trade, Retail, Finance and Legal to deliver key brand moments, launches and peak trading activity.

The Details

  • Own affiliate performance across key European markets, delivering against commercial targets, budgets and channel KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign and partner performance, turning insights into clear actions and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new affiliate opportunities, assessing inbound partner and network proposals.
  • Benchmark commission and CPA rates and negotiate commercial terms, partner rates and campaign investment.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate networks and partners, managing placements, campaigns, timings and performance.
  • Own affiliate promotional mechanics end to end, including discount code creation, distribution, implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Support key product, brand and proposition launches, working cross-functionally to maximise affiliate exposure and impact.
  • Manage creator and influencer partnerships through affiliate platforms, including campaign set-up, creator selection, gifting and payment mechanics.
  • Manage key financial processes, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, budget tracking and commission validation.
  • Protect the programme and ASOS brand through partner vetting, compliance monitoring, fraud prevention and investigation of invalid activity.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting, insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Represent Affiliates & Partnerships within cross-functional projects, major brand partnerships and peak trading planning.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.

Qualifications

About You

  • A passion for affiliate and partnership marketing, in-depth knowledge of how different affiliate types operate (cashback, voucher, content, technology and creator-led), and an understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (PPC, SEO, paid social and programmatic).
  • Hands-on experience managing large, complex, multinational affiliate programmes and budgets against multiple KPIs, ideally within retail or at a multi-national brand.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements with third parties and comfort owning the commercial details.
  • Awareness of affiliate fraud and brand-protection risks, and the judgement to act on them.
  • A track record of turning account performance into clear reporting and, more importantly, actionable insight for a wide audience.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate network and tracking platforms, confidence learning new ones quickly, and proficiency in Excel and AI tools (Co-pilot, Claude) for reporting and large data sets.
  • Comfort working at pace on short-notice trade activity, while keeping longer-term projects moving.
