Associate, Growth Marketing

About the Job

We are looking for an Associate, Growth Marketing to drive operational excellence within our marketing team. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role dedicated to the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns.

You will play a pivotal role in project managing marketing workflows, coordinating campaign schedules, and ensuring the seamless delivery of assets across channels. You will be responsible for standardizing operational procedures, maintaining campaign accuracy, and providing analytical support to ensure our growth initiatives are executed effectively and profitably.

Associate, Growth Marketing will be responsible for:

• Manage campaign schedule, offer details, be responsible for the offer log and project management tool on Monday.com
• Work closely with product marketing team on campaign schedule, make sure internal teams are correctly and timely informed
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, develop marketing materials in a timely manner including but not limited to FB/IG ads, Google ads, eDM, T&C, campaign page creation etc.
• Develop campaign brief / creative brief / Campaign TnC based on direction by Growth marketing team, work closely with different stakeholders to ensure assets are approved and delivered on time with accuracy
• Monitor and optimize marketing deliverables performance on an ongoing basis to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
• Develop and optimise the standard working procedure and ensure best practices are applied for marketing operation teammates
• Regularly review the platform for content accuracy and operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze market competitors and consumer insight to sharpen the marketing programs on a regular basis
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Product Manager and suggest improvements to streamline processes

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, digital media or related field
• 2+ years marketing experience, ideally campaign management and digital media planning experience preferably in finance services
• Hands-on experience using AI / Canva for content and visual creation
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing and flexible environments, driving positive change.
• Positive attitude and willingness to improve based on constructive feedback and peer review.
• Creative mindset, able to work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, and a collaborative team player.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Language: full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must; proficiency in Traditional Chinese. The role will work closely with teammates in the HK market.
