About the Role

A Series-stage consumer marketplace company is hiring its first growth marketer to build and lead user acquisition from the ground up. You will own the growth strategy across organic, referral, and creator channels, while establishing the measurement and experimentation practices needed to identify what drives sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a user acquisition strategy across organic, referral, and creator channels.

• Build user-generated content programs that encourage customers to create and share content.

• Source, manage, and measure micro-creator and influencer campaigns directly.

• Run several growth initiatives in parallel, including app store optimization, referral loops, paid acquisition, community, and lifecycle marketing.

• Establish analytics and attribution infrastructure to understand the impact of growth efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Five to ten or more years of relevant experience, including a track record of growing a consumer app from an early stage to meaningful scale.

• Hands-on experience developing user-generated content and micro-influencer programs, including creator briefs, relationship management, and performance measurement.

• Experience working across multiple growth channels and deciding which opportunities to prioritize.

• An established creator network and the ability to activate relationships quickly.

• Comfort working in an ambiguous, resource-constrained environment and developing an approach as you go.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $100,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
