SCAYLE is one of the fastest-growing enterprise commerce platforms in the world and empowers global B2C brands like Levi’s®, Harrods, Manchester United, Deichmann, Fielmann, and Netto to create outstanding customer experiences. Its modular and extensible backend reflects real enterprise retail needs and makes complex commerce operations more efficient, flexible, and scalable. We are now building an AI native Photostudio SaaS product — a high-priority venture with direct exposure to the leadership and founding team.

Job Description

• Own organic growth across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Build a high-volume, video-first content engine that brings SCAYLE STUDIOS and its capabilities to life (e.g. via recurring formats such as content snacks on social, or product demos after sign up) 
• Grow and engage our audience through platform-native content
• Own our LinkedIn speaker-head program, from positioning and ghostwriting to content planning and enablement
• Ideate and write scripts and confidently appear in front of the camera yourself
• Develop creative campaign ideas, hooks, and angles that generate attention and sign-ups
• Brief integrated and programmatic campaigns
• Partner closely with Paid Performance Marketing to turn organic insights and winning creatives into scalable acquisition campaigns
• Test new GTM plays, including referrals, webinars, masterclasses, partnerships, and free-credit campaigns
• Support events and activations that help prospects experience the product live
• Track performance, identify winning formats, and continuously test, learn, and iterate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a top tier university 
• 3–5 years of experience in growth, content, social media, campaign, or general marketing
• A strong creative instinct and an excellent feel for fashion content, culture, and emerging formats
• Hands-on experience growing brands or products organically on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Strong writing, storytelling, and video skills
• Confidence in front of the camera and the ability to turn complex product capabilities into engaging content
• Experience developing campaigns from the initial idea through execution and distribution
• A strong understanding of how organic content and paid acquisition work together
• A builder mindset: you move fast, create frequently, and learn from real audience feedback
• Experience with AI tools and an interest in fashion, e-commerce, content production, or creative technology
• Fluent in German and English
