Summary of the Sr. Graphic Designer job at rehire

At Rehire, we are partnering with a renowned global leader in information, analytics, and technology in their search for a Graphic Designer, a key position within their in-house creative agency.

We are looking for a creative professional with an excellent aesthetic eye and a passion for design, capable of developing high-impact visual assets for global campaigns. The successful candidate will work alongside Creative Directors, designers, and multidisciplinary teams, participating in projects spanning branding, digital campaigns, advertising, social media, and corporate communication.

Responsibilities:

· Design graphic assets for digital, print, and multichannel campaigns.

· Develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and guidelines.

· Create materials for social media, websites, landing pages, emails, banners, and advertising assets.

· Participate in branding, visual identity, and corporate communication projects.

· Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and other designers in the development of comprehensive campaigns.

· Prepare visual presentations to communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders.

· Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize creative and design processes.

· Adapt designs to different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.

· Ensure high quality standards, attention to detail, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

· An updated portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates creativity and visual quality.

· Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field. (MANDATORY)

· Al least 4 years’ experience developing assets for digital and print media.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

· Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and identity systems.

· Experience designing emails, landing pages, websites, banners, and social media assets.

· Fluent written and spoken English (Required).

· Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

About the Position:

· Work Model: Hybrid (Offices located at the BBVA Tower on Av. Alem).

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

· Contract Type: Full-time permanent position.
