Day-to-day work spans scripting and editing video packages, coordinating live broadcast segments, collaborating with casters and talent, and repurposing content across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and social channels. They work closely with broadcast, social, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with event schedules and brand voice, often operating under tight turnaround windows during live tournament periods.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and produce video content including match highlights, player features, and event recaps
- Coordinate with broadcast teams to clip and repurpose live stream footage
- Script and storyboard short-form and long-form esports content
- Manage content calendars around tournament and league schedules
