Summary of the Junior Visual Content Creator at APTIS Services (Contract-Based, 6 months) job at Aptis Group

Role Purpose: 

To support the Marketing & Communication team in developing engaging and consistent visual content across digital and print platforms.

What you'll do:

• Work collaboratively with the Visual Content Creator on the development and execution of visual content and creative projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, brands and communication projects.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of photoshoots and video shoots. 
• Create visual content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Assist in creating digital content such as producing Reels, short-form videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes content and campaign-related content.
• Edit photos and videos according to the creative direction and brand requirements.
• Support content creation during events, activations, launches and internal initiatives.
• Develop attractive brand collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
• Create premium content for our customers such as guide, trends book, short magazine.
• Ensure consistency across digital, social media and print materials.
• Stay informed about visual, graphic design and social media trends.

What we're looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Film, Digital Media or a related field.
• Candidates with a strong desire to learn, develop and grow professionally are encouraged to apply; less than one year of relevant professional experience will be considered an advantage.

Your creative toolkit:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual aesthetic and experience with photography and video production.
