We're entering a special chapter. After 15 years building companies from scratch, Hexa is scaling: expanding our Ventures activity across Europe (Hexa Start and Hexa Sprint, taking entrepreneurs from zero to one) and growing Hexa Scale, our PE program that takes majority stakes in existing startups and pushes them to new thresholds. We're hiring a VP FInance and Investments to structure the financing strategy of the holding company and play a central role in Scale's deal-making. It's a StratCo seat internally and a key point of contact for our investors externally, at a moment when the shape of Hexa for the next years is being decided.
